EmbodiedLife Coaching Program
The EmbodiedLife Coaching program is a multidisciplinary program designed for those who feel the call to assist in transforming lives. It is for students and professionals that have discovered we are complex, multifaceted beings and are now seeking to expand their wisdom across multidisciplinary modalities, and to acquire tools to have a greater impact in their personal and professional lives.
The course aims to support the student in being ready to apply the knowledge gained in the course to their own personal growth and development, as well as preparing the student to facilitate and guide others in various coaching, healing, business or leadership settings in which personal growth and development work occurs.
Some examples of professions and people this program will be helpful for are:
Yoga teachers, somatic practitioners, business and workplace leaders, mentors, physical therapists, coaches, teachers, therapists, energy workers, body workers, wellness counselors, holistic coaches, nutrition counselors, meditation guides, self development program leaders, corporate professionals, group facilitators, and those wanting to create groups and content who are needing some structure to get started. Students do not need to be working in a healing profession to benefit from this program.
Students will learn from experienced leaders across a wide variety of professions in various healing arts and can expect to emerge from the training with a rich, diverse, and structured understanding of how to create a transformational space for clients or groups. Learning how to be effective at leading one on one sessions and group sessions will be addressed.
The course draws on the grounding principles of the philosophies of yoga, somatic healing, mindfulness, emotional reclamation/exploration, inner work, and personal embodiment.
It is for students who:
Have been doing their own personal development work for at least 1 year or more in any field (yoga, bodywork, inner work, coaching, movement therapy, personal therapy, hypnotherapy etc).
Have an interest in working within a structured course curriculum to learn embodied coaching methods and group facilitation processes, applicable to a wide variety of settings.
Have a keen interest in continuing education and personal growth and development - this course will be a deep dive into your own growth and expansion - we can only guide others as far as we have gone ourselves.
Have a desire to discover a deeper sense of personal purpose and service to the community.
Want to learn specific skills, tools, and methods to support themselves and others in a coaching, leadership, or professional capacity.

That is what this course will do for you. Whatever profession you are in, this course will expand your ability to make dreams and ideas into a grounded reality. Transformation and leadership are needed everywhere now and whether you are a corporate executive or an energy healer, this course will give you tools to help you expand, serve, and grow. You will discover any blocks you have around creating an abundant practice and using your voice and this can translate into bringing forward that which you have always known is inside. The time to be of service to the awakening of awareness on this planet is now, and this course will give you the grounded and practical tools to make that a reality. It is absolutely possible to create and participate in an alive and thriving business that is in alignment with your highest path.

To ensure the highest quality instruction, group cohesion and personal attention, training groups are limited to small groups.
We are here to support you. Successful completion of this course will result in an EmbodiedLife Coach Program Certificate and course alumni are eligible to apply to be listed on the ArcanaLife and Embodied Yoga Schools Coaches Directory.
Logistics and details:
This is a nine month long program and it is structured in the following format:
A (2) hour meeting per month, with different mentors and trainers across specialized disciplines on the 1st Friday evening of each month, for 8 months
3 (8 hour) weekend intensives with lead ArcanaLife instructors
18 (Bi - Weekly) guided lessons in our online education portal
A 1 hour one on one educational/check in meeting with Lead ArcanaLife instructors
The course requires successful completion of:
1) Final creative project
2) Final exam
3) Consistent attendance to live sessions
The Financial Investment is:
$2650 paid in full - If you are able to pay in full it helps us greatly with administration time and costs. If you could otherwise not attend, we are able to provide you with the payment plan option below:
$2800 payment plan - 233.34 per month for 12 months
